Wood in Model 26 1/2?

I just refinished this old Model 26 1/2 cue - it's marked as '19' ounces, with no weight added, reasonably dense - dark reddish-brown, but not as red as cocobola. Thoughts? I photographed it next to a brown cue and a dark-brown ebony cue, for reference.

Too brown but too heavy for mahogany.
Maybe honduran rosewood.
