I was talking to the pred vendor at BCA Nationals and asked if they had any plans on new cases in the works. He said they do and to see them moving away from the Blak leather style towards ballistic fabrics. Anyone hear anything else? Surely a brand new cue line deserves a brand new premium slap your mother priced case line, right?

Poison is owned by predator, and they just came out with a line of ballistic style cue cases. I would be excited to see what the predator ones will look like in comparison.

I always found predator cases to be pretty reasonable and good quality for the price

I noticed the new poisons once I returned home. I had to take a jab at the guy about the predator sport bags. "I mean they look great but I have a long walk to my room and I don't need a tip tool digging into my spine ya know"

Hopefully, the next generation of cases will be better, the cases Predator have now is overpriced and offers poor protection for your cues.

I have owned several predator cases. The build quality has never measured up to the price. When it comes to the strap areas it's quite subpar. The last gen of sport cases felt a lot more substantial than the current gen sport cases. Hell vincitore makes a much better case at half the price these days.

Regardless of their price and or quality the ones I've seen have always been ugly, why not just get a JB rugged?

Predator case is not worth the money that you paid for them. The body is strong but the strap joints are weak, they are the first to tear from the body, so you can't carry them around anymore, can only use as storage at home.
