World 14.1 stream help

I purchased a day pass for the world 14.1 and the interface player won't load and play. It just says loading and nothing happens. I've used this player before and it worked fine. I'm bummed as i want to watch world class 14.1 live tonight. Anyone else have issues? any suggestions? Is there anywhere on the site to go for stream help? The site has no contacts for help with the stream. :confused:
 
Happened to me too. This has to be the earliest stream ever. I am not complaining since it was mostly my wrong doing, and timing gets complicated since I'm in Spain with the time difference and all. They could repeat the stream for us in different parts of the world like TAR used to do, though.

I will probably buy today or some other day but can't find the schedule yet.

I've been watching stream all week.Yesterday had problem opening/viewing stream.

Unable to create username

I would love to watch the matches. But the website won't even let me create a username. No error message. No assistance at all. I fill in the required info, hit enter, and if takes me right back to where I started. I have no idea what to do. Help, please!
