I got back a reply from Kazoom that read "Nous avons bien reçu votre message. L'équipe Kozoom est entrain de le traiter.

According to google translator it means "We have received your message. The Kozoom team spirit to treat." which I assume means "we aim to please."

At least it's an indication that they have a method for keeping track of messages.
