Wu went down first round 10-6 in the 4th stage of the IPT qualifiers. I, for one was not surprised but I am sure that many were. Frank is a very tough player that has competed and won many events.
Just wanted to throw a congrats to a local player. Frank and Jason Miller used to play on some Masters teams together. He gets it honest.

What a tough field in Mass... I would hate to have to predict the top 2 qualifiers there...

Peace,
Joe

Who will win the two cards?

The answer could hardly be simpler. It will denfintely be Worldbeater #1 and Worldbeater #2, because anyone unworthy of being called a Worldbeater has no shot in this strong field.

zzzzap

I heard he just had Lasik eye surgery...you know how those 16 yr old eyes get!

First he wins the WPC 9-ball Championship like Efren, then the WPC 8-ball like Efren, now this?

C'mon Wu. Stand alone, brothah!

just kidding btw

I'll take Thomas Engert and Karl Boyes for a cold one. Never heard of Boyes before the last qualifier, but he's picking up right where he left off in the last one and looks like he's a definite player. T. Engert is just a machine when he's got it all working. I thought the field would diminish a little, but it looks like a whole bunch of tush hogs - glad I ain't forking over 2 dimes to face that group!

Forgot something: IPT folks - any chance of running a PPV stream of future qualifiers? I'll sign up as your first customer, if you do.

I'm not surprised either. Nobody has the nuts at this level. Anybody can win. This kid may go far or maybe he was just a flair up in the pool world. Hopefully he has not peaked at 16. Imagine how good he will be in ten years if he progressively gets better

The qualifiers are the most exciting thing to happen since the DCC.

I wish some local guy would setup a camera and stream it. Its easy to do. Too bad KT did not let some live cameras in there for us pool fans :( I'd have filmed it for free and hosted the bandwidth on my dime...

Frank is awesome. definitely the best fundamental player i have ever seen. good guy too.
