Once again van den Berg costs his team a chance to win. It is a replay of last year with the Dutch snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. I am a big fan of Appleton but I was rooting against them as I can't stand Boyes as he rubs me the wrong way.
 
Hate to see anyone lose that one. Incredible pressure--good to know they're human, too!

Feijen should've left vdBerg the right angle on the 7 ball, that's where it all started.

Boyes was lucky to fluke that snooker after he missed the 8 ball.

While he should have, it was still inexcusable to come up like that on a routine shot. This is all on him.
