It seems like a few months ago I read about Dragon Promotions supposedly putting on a straight pool "world championship". I haven't heard anything about it since. Did this fall through or was it a figment of my imagination in the first place?

The tournament is still ON!!!
There has been a change to the dates, may 31st through June 5th or 6th (Sunday).
The previous date conflicted with a big tourney.
The location has yet to be detrmined, although we have talked to several rooms that are interested in hosting the event. It will either happen in Northern New Jersey or NYC.
