World Ten Ball - STILL late/non payment

I received an e-mail on Dec. 26 from Thomas Overbeck referring to my forum post of Dec. 4 that questioned the actions of the WPA in light of the late payments from the WTB. Overbeck had been the tournament director of the WTB, and he is on the board of the WPA and works closely with Ian Anderson.

Good chance that Mr Overbeck will see this post then.

My question is simple and just for verification. Mr Overbeck, did YEN Makabenta of RAYA/BSCP pay the 5% or US$20,000.00 WPA Sanction Fee?

If so, how can WPA accept the $20k when not all the prize monies, that the 5% comes from, hasn't been paid yet?

WPA should DEFINITELY pay the pricemoney if Raya fails.

Even though they were warned that Yen was full of venerial diseases, they jumped in bed with him without any protection at all...

WPA should put the money where their mouth is. They made a statement saying no one needed to worry, and IN FACT THE SPONSORS MIGHT EVEN ADD BONUS MONEY!!!

What's the bonus? Heavy interest on Wu's payment?
