I ordered a DVD from they a while ago and after I got a confirmation of my order I've heard absolutely nothing from them. I've tried e-mailing them several times asking what's going on, but they're not answering. Anyone here a clue what's going on over there, or how I might find out if they have any plans about selling me the DVD?

I see they have some DVDs listed as 'will ship when ready' or something like that, but there isn't any kind of notice on the match I ordered from them (Immonen vs. Williams, UPA Pro Tour).
 
I have quite a few DVDs from WorldPool. I always had them sent out within a few weeks. Probably errored in the Estore. I would suggest emailing them. Ialways got a good response from them.

That's the thing. They're not answering e-mails. I've tried e-mailing them about different things on several occations, but they never answer. Nothing. I've never heard anything from them except automated e-mails. I'm considering calling them, but that's a hassle since I'm Norwegian...

I'm trying the sales@worldpool.com adress, are there any others I could try?
