Yes it is thats why I'm in no handicap VNEA

I played on a team that had a ten, a nine, and two eights (if memory serves me correctly), and we didn't even break the top three at the end of the season. It's like the better players are punished. It's not even worth it. I did it to to get some sort of practise in and will never do it again.
