Worst custom cue making experence ever!!

First off get your facts even kinda straight.... I didnt replace a butt cap the OP shattered the butt sleeve 3 1/2 inches up and the butt cap and the phenolic ring.. And get your shit straight I didn't screw up its perfect the issue is broken promises period so get a life bro and I will make sure to not bring my cues to u since u can build them in a hour. Your a joke

that has nothing to do with anything. it can be the hardest thing in the world or the easiest thing in the world. end result is you accepted the job so do it correctly. just cuz it may or may not be difficult has no bearing on the situation. it's a weak cop out excuse. if it's so hard that you cant do it consistently without screwing up then stop doing it and find something else to do.

also, replacing a buttcap is not as hard as you think it is. you can do it in under an hour, depending on the finish you use it can take longer but it's a simple job. no excuse to miss due dates by months.

2) he needs to learn to under promise over deliver. He promised my friend an exact date 4 times and then on that date wouldn't answer his phone or return his text to see if it shipped. Then days later would start cussing him out for bothering him about the cue.

I have know Jim since 1999. He is a stand up guy and will bend over backwards for you to make it right. I wonder if you guys think making cues is easy? Things happen. Yes a date that was promised is extended due to unexpected issues. He will make it right. But I also agree messing with his way of making a living is not the way to get it done. Let's guess this is what your friend told you hah and there's no way you would be stretching the truth a little.. And ya I just take people's money and don't care you too need to get a life.. Up until two years ago I hit every delivery time within a week or two before or after of what I promised.. Then I moved and that put me behind a little then winter hit and I had know clue how to spray in these conditions and that really put me behind and then I was crazy sick for 7 months and that really really put me behind but I worked thru all that with the help of a lot of very patient customers and I did everything I could to make it rite with them giving them a bonus cue or maybe a extra shaft or whatever we worked out to make it rite.. And I'm now about as caught up as I've been in the last 2 yrs and i plan on staying on track and hitting my delivery dates like I did for the first 5yrs .. As for not caring you've never been more incorrect..

Wow, spoken as a true professional. Based on your response and choice of words, I will never purchase one of your cues or come to you for a custom cue although I thought about it several times and even recommended your cues not too long ago. You just lost a potential customer.

Like what was ordered...etc...the last guy I dealt with I had to threaten
Legal action the get what I paid for 2 years ago! It's just funny to me

One of the ABSOLUTE best cues I ever owned was because of the
AZ bashing he took...I didn't even know him, had never had one
Of his cues, but was sick of everyone slamming him...I called him
Up and said, "I'll take it off your hands" it turned out to be a great
Player and he has since made me others...in fact I have another in
The works now...but you will never see it, because he is not
On here anymore and I don't sell them once I get them..your loss...

Lol it's the same story over and over again! But of course it just can't be true because you had a great experience then no one could possibly have a bad one. Every cue maker has made a mistake on a cue. But if you screw somebody around fixing it or if you make promises over and over that you don't keep you need to be called out on it like any customer would call a company out for. Pierce makes a great hitting cue at a very reasonable price. I've hit with quite a few ...but I would save myself the grief and buy one on the secondary market if I wanted one lol
