I don't think I answered your question properly in my last post......sorry, here is how the tournament would work.
I will use the example of 96 players. All 96 players play the first 2 days of the tournament to shoot the highest score possible then you make a cut and reduce the field to the 48 highest scores. Those 48 that make the cut start over again at 0 and all of them play day 3 to shoot their highest score then you make a cut again to reduce the field to 24. Those final 24 play on day 4 for the money by adding their day 3 total and day 4 total together to determine the winner. This type tournament has no brackets, everyone entered, plays the entire field.
Because the final 24 are all playing at the same time to shoot the highest score possible to win and they all get exactly the same opportunity because its just them and the equipment, it makes it nearly impossible to fix - dump - rig.....if you will. This might get the attention of the Vegas Casinos??
In the future it could even be teams with combines scores!!
