Once you make it available to the public you set yourself up with the police being able to monitor you without a search warrant. In some places it is legal to wager on a pool game under certain conditions. One of those conditions is that you cannot put money on the table or light fixture. If the police see that and record it you have legal issues all of a sudden. Or you have a webcam up and some underage kid has a beer in his hand. There goes your liqour license. It might be a fun idea to have a webcam but also a dangerous one unless you have great employees that enforce the rules to a tee and are monitoring everyone like a hawk. I personally wouldnt guarantee it. But I guess that depends on the state or country you live in whether you have legal liability.
