Would you want a Universal Smart Shaft partial to be made?

I called Cue&Case about a week ago to see if they would be making any partials for their Smart Shaft. They said it's not in the table yet because they don't haven't noticed a demand for it yet. HUH!?! As much as folks are into custom cues now, they don't think folk would want to match one of the best shafts out their with a custom made work of art?!? How do you guys and gals feel about this one? (Yes or No)

No, I wouldn't

I think if you buy a custom cue, the WHOLE cue, shafts
and all should be the way you want it to be, otherwise
you picked the wrong custom cue maker.

For production cues, that's up to you, but again, why buy
a production cue that doesn't hit the way you want it to,
unless you really don't know what a good hit feels like.

I think it is kind of like wanting your ex-girlfriend's upper
half joined onto your current girlfriend's lower half .... lol

or ordering a Chevy and then wanting to modify it with Ford parts.
