Wei is a very good player, but it looks like mentally she might not be ready to take down Chen yet.
Wow , Siming ties match 6-6 after playing badly. She has won 4 racks in row after being down 2-6. Still advantage Wei Wei as she won lag and is breaking better.
Siming must have made more errors this match than her last 5 matches combined.

JB is far from one of the best players in the world.
Probably because she plays so slow.
Agree. Dawn Hopkins maybe great player but is poor commentator. Siming missed a tough 3 ball combo and she says combination is not her strong suit, LOL. She says should play carom instead of combo but Ray corrected her that the carom will result in scratch.
Earlier, We Wei played 3 in side instead of 3 -8 combo and she thinks maybe Wei Wei is not good with combo even though the 8 ball is about 6 inches from the pocket. She talks lots of theory where this or that ball should be but does not prescribe which part of the CB to shoot
Mary K is far better and more knowledgeable..

She got her bad match out of her system and still survived to win it. She'll be tough to beat in the finals. I'm sure Kelly Fisher would love a rematch after her 9-1 drubbing to Siming on Thursday night, but I'd guess in the finals we'll be seeing a rematch of this winner's bracket final.

Really? For these young players how much of a break do you really need after playing your first set of the day? You don't think all these players practice regularly for 6+ hours straight, or when they are gambling can go multiple sessions non-stop for 12 hours or more like the rest of us have done and still do? Toughen up!
She probably wanted to start. You're warmed-up and ready to go. Its probably a tad chilly in that place based on what most are wearing so if it was me i'd rather keep at it.
Just saying 20 min break would be standard, He was calling after 10 min.
