Just wondering...
I've been playing on the Jacoby Great Lakes Tour for a while when it does not conflict with my work schedule. However, the participation levels by women players have been steadily declining over the year and I wonder why. It pays out 1/3 of the field and entry fee is only $45 per event for members and $75 for the non member.
I myself like the competition among the girls and would play even if I wasn't looking to qualify just because it gives me the chance to battle out with the girls now and then.
So my question is for the ladies in the MidWest area, why do you not try?
Oh, there is a WPBA qualifier in Holland MI, at The Guppies tomorrow, (1080 Lincoln Ave, 49423) which I should be on the road for. Hope to see you all therer.
