hi, was wondering how to repair a pressed linin wrap,the finnish seems to be fading away.can spray starch be used on wrap to renew appearance.if so do you need an iron to press it,or is it easier to replace wrap.

Sounds like it needs to be cleaned, and repressed. If you do not have a Lathe, you really can't do it. I recommend you go to a cues repair person a cue maker near you.
