WTB: 3C carom cue

Hello,
I am a 3C player form Athens, Greece. I am very new to this forum but it has been very helpful regarding ideas and approach to the beautiful game, as well as cue-making insights and ideas. It is indeed like an encyclopedia of knowledge and opinions about Carom billiards and I find myself often spending long periods of time reading members 'posts.
I am looking to buy a Musashi, Mezz or Kilby carom cue preferably from a forum member located in Europe, to avoid taxes, perilous shipping time, etc.
Those are hard to find in Europe and any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks for your time.

Buy from KOZOOM.

It is worth the little extra you will pay elsewhere, to have the confidence you are going to get what you want without trouble.

KOZOOM's pricing is very competitive and its products are quality.

Thank you very much for your kind reply. I will check their website and the range they offer.

if your in greece, where its very popular and have many high level players, i would just go to the local rooms and talk to players there, for sure someone will have something for sale.

but kozoom is a good choice for europeans to buy cues as its located in france i believe

Thanks a lot guys. It seems that Kozoom has a comprehensive range of carom cues. They also carry Layani, which is a good choice. I remember hitting with a friend's Layani last year and the hit was compact and solid. I am leaning between Layani and Schuler. I have an old Longoni that belonged to my father and I would like to try something new. I have heard that Mezz cues are made in Japan and of good quality but I cannot seem to find an extra shaft for Carom. I have asked all dealers and Mezz are very slow in producing carom cues and shafts. They are specialized, as far as I know, more into pool cues.

hi chuber,
when hesiting between layani and schuler, i would suggest you schuler : you'll be able to find extra shafts in europe, including carbon fiber :
even some european cuemakers are making shafts & cues with schuler joints (esbee cues makes a large choice of schuler-jointed shafts/tapers ) , and even the turkish brand Theory can make 'schuler-jointed' shafts. that's why i've choosed schuler-jointed butts & schafts ...
(Layani's joint being totally proprietary ...)

Thierry Layani was a poster here for a while...anybody remember that?

The conical joint is very interesting to me, but as stated...NOBODY else uses it.

Hi Chuber...gia sou :)

I'd also have a look at Dani Sanchez's online shop - DS Billar, especially when interested in Theory and Predator carom cues. Emails/questions are answered within a couple of hours. I bought a Adam Mugen carom cue with radial joint a few years ago and got myself a Predator carom model (official European Predator dealer) this week. Also free DHL express shipment, I live in Germany.

Unfortunately they don't offer any Adam Musashi/Mugen cues anymore . It's impossible to find an Adam ACSS Pro spare shaft in Europe with radial joint.
