WTB - 5280 Radial Shaft

As stated in the title, one of the guys on my league team is looking for a cheap replacement shaft for his 5280, preferably thin 12 mm or smaller. Joint pin is radial 3/8-8 thread SP-38tm. Also need a bumper for a JossWest cue.
All help is greatly appreciated.

Still need a shaft for a 5280 Brand cue with SP-38 radial pin. Small tip diameter OK.
