OB can make you a custom one and they have excellent customer service. They just made me one recently.
Yeah I have talked to them I just wasn't wanting to wait the 8 to 12 weeks if I could find one already made. I have found several 58 in ob cues that are new and ready to ship, but Im trying to get 68 inches out of with with a 8 inch extension attached.
Do you have a specific pin size in mind?

gotcha. They quoted mine 8 to 12 weeks as well, but i received it in about 6. Unfortunately, if you are looking for very specific details in a cue, custom may be the only option. Good luck.
I'm open on the pin size.
