J jka AzB Silver Member Silver Member May 9, 2014 #2 Just get the normal flat faced shaft. The generic pilots on the 5/16x14 shafts are too small to make contact in the recessed area of the joint anyway.

Tho, you can buy a blank and have a repairman/cm to fit a small piloted insert for your cue anytime. Chris sent via Tapatalk
