For UNDER $200 get a new Schmelke or a used McDermott D series!
KRB Mexican Cocobolo Conversion....
I've got this one test hit only; it's a nice piece of Mexican cocobolo ~ KRB conversion with a hand rubbed oil finish.
Butt weighs 14.5 oz, 29" (weight is adjustable; can be reduced by 1.5 oz)
Shaft weighs 3.8 oz, 13mm ferrule with a carbon fiber pad insert, Kamui (M) tip, 30"
Brass joint; brass 3/8-10 pin
"Tad" style ringwork with brass above a Corian buttcap

I've got this one I'll send you for $190 shipped in a nice faux fur lined soft case. Lightly used. 19 oz. Really clean cue and the Cocobolo in mine is really nice.
