WTB cheap jump/break cue

Hello,

I have a buddy who is looking to buy a CHEAP jump break or just break cue. He says he doesn't want a 25 oz cue. Just something normal 18-19 oz. shaft must be at least 13 mm. Phenolic, G -10, or good hard tip preferred.

Taper roll ok, just nothing with major roll. Can have dents and dings
