You should simply be able to pay instantly provided you have money in the bank/checking account it is attached to. I also use a credit card with my paypal account as well (then I can buy whatever whenever I want)

I bought the hard/soft 3 x 5 case with spring loaded butts for $84 at the time, and I like it real well. I like having the butts on one side and the shafts on the other side.

They have many reasonably priced cases that look nice.
