Hi there. I am wondering if anyone has anything for sale up to $1,500 range in western Canada. Prefer alberta so I can see and feel the weight transition and touch of grip etc. Played with a higher end Custom falcon that was stolen years ago and replaced with a McDermott for 6 months and now have played with a predator 3k5 for about 3 1/2 years. Love the Gilbert, scruggs, mcdaniel and southwest items. Want to switch gears and I am stuck at pretty good gear but not up to where I was with that Falcon. Thank you in advance. Sean:)

well.. you come to the right place.. just be patient.. you wont believe the amount of amazing cues that go through this place every week..lol :)

I am in US - just south of you. If you play in any of the Montana tournaments -- and there are plenty of Canadians who come down to play, check with the Boucher family (they play in everything!). As far as I know I have only built customs for 5 of them so far, they will let you check them out. Or if you are in western MT, come by and see me, I am south of Whitefish/Kalispell area.

I have heard great things about your cues Jack and very much appreciate the feedback. Also thank you comment Chris and I noticed you have quite a bit of good input as well. Sean

Hello -

I have a matched set of cues from Scott Zachow that I love. He does a lot of 1-of-1 custom cues and uses a lot of mammoth ivory cues. I am not familar with Canadian geography but he is in Sproat Lake, B.C. His website is "www.zaccues.com." Everyone that has seen and played with my Zacs love them. Check out his website.

Thank you. I have met Bernie and he likes to flirt with my gal who works at the cue club. He is a nice guy and makes a heck of cue but the hit is just not for me . Thank you anyway. Sean

Do you know Ed Young from Edmonton? He just placed in a tournament a couple weeks ago in Helena. You might check with him --- at least 3 Madden cues were there - first place and 4th place. He maybe able to give you some feed back.

Hi Sean,
Not sure if we have met I have built a few cues for local players. What are you looking for? If I can be of any help let me know. Thanks

Have you tried Layani cues?
www.layanicues.com

He can make you a very nice cue in your price range.

I suggest you go to some trade shows so you can try the cues out in person before you buy them, the upcoming Valley Forge show will be a good place to go to.

Done Deals!

Thank you to all for your input. It was all wisely considered.

Canadian Cue: Not too sure we have met either. I used to play alot but not so much right now. Certainly not the best shot around but have been known to hold my own.

I have decided what I am buying so no other offers needed but thank you to all for your help. You all helped tremendously. Going with Gilbert and Mdaniel. Digging in to reserve for them but paulybatz and chrisc were both great to deal with. Hope it all goes well and can't wait to get 'em!:)
