If you want to do it in squares the jig for the handle is extremely simple and only sells for $40. The one for cutting the handle prongs in the round is much more expensive unless you have one of my lathes you can borrow the headstock off of. I do mine in the round so I can hold the points even much easier. My book shows the square jig and the advanced volume one points and inlays DVD shows the jig for doing them in the round. If somone does not have my headstock it would cost about $550 to build the jig for doing them in the rounds. You would provide the flat board to feed though your bandsaw. You could go all out and set it up on linear rails and spend a fortune. Your prong is done on your lathe or mill just like short splice are done. If you want to do veneers then you will have to build some more special fixtures that I do not sell.
