WTB: McWorter shaft

I'd like to buy a straight 13mm (+ or —) standard length Jerry McWorter shaft. It needs to have McWorter's standard double silver rings, be at least 12.8mm, be in great shape and be straight. Ferrule and tip aren't really all that important, although an ivory ferrule would be nice. PM meif you've got one.
