Looking for a Meucci Carbon Fiber Pro shaft in 12.5 mm and 3/8-10 modified in 29” length. I have one that is 30” but want a 29”. Cheers

What are your overall impressions of the shaft?

Actually I find it the best of any CF shaft I’ve tried, pretty much perfect. That is if you can actually get one from them that is correct. I had one in 5/16-14 thread that was awesome. I’ve come to prefer big pin cues and standard 29” shafts and for reasons that only Meucci can explain, they seemed unable to deliver a shaft with correct 3/8x10 modified threads, or customized rings. I had a 6 month nightmare with their (non) customer service, took them 3 shafts/trips to finally get it correct. Was so bad that I swore off dealing with Meucci/Budget Billiards ever again. I switched to Cynergy CF shaft which are great, but the ferrules on those seem janky…

Design/performance wise, Meucci CF is great. But they have a massive hideous logo, unbelievably piss poor QA & customer service, and I personally will never deal with Meucci again.

But, if I can find a used 29” one with correct pin size, I’ll happily scrape the logo off and play with it.

Hope it helps.

Might be better to just find a decent shaft, and have someone like DZ, plug and re-tap. 😉

i had a red dot Meucci shaft made with 3/8-10 modified threads about 2 months ago and it was perfect.

Note: i am having issues with them on a custom cue.... i will never use them again either.
