WTB new Southwest cue - price range 2500- 3000

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a reasonably priced Southwest cue. There are a few things about the cue that I would love:

1. In new condition with no history
2. Straight together and apart
3. Weight: I prefer 19.8 oz or under (the lighter, the better)
4.Wood:
- Forearm: Ebony
- Points: Ebony/Purpleheart/Cocobolo/Goncalo Alves
- Butt sleeve: Ebony/Purpleheart/Cocobolo
5. Two Shafts:
-Tip: 13mm or under
-Taper: standard SW parabolic taper
6.Joint protectors: set of SW caps
