like to be around or under $500

Ok, I love sneaky's and it's all i've ever played with and collect. i'm thinking about putting my current one up with the rest (after a couple years I like to sit them up and keep them safe and good condition). So I'm looking for a good custom or whatever you may have. Would like it to be between 15.5 - 17.8 oz including shaft ( i know it's hard to find and why i usually have to have them made or find them made ). Also be nice if the shaft is under 12.5 mm taper. thanks for your time.

I have a mint Bob Frey Bacote SP with 2 shafts both with new sniper tips.
3/8 10 pin, both shafts 12mm, weight is 17 oz. The cue hits lights out. I have over $550 in the cue will sell for $360 shipped.

Recommendation . ..

Doug Patrick . . . fine cue builder and AZ'er . . .

Here's mine . . . and he's way below your budget . . . you can easily have a cue and TWO shafts with a stick that play's lights out.

For that kind of money, you can get yourself a very nice Josey fancy pete in just about any wood, save ebony, which is slightly higher in price, because good pieces are getting harder to find and are more expensive.

Myself, along with many other s here can attest to just how sporty Keith's cues play. They are very stiff players, and the quality is absolutely top-notch. His shaftwood is very very nice. Below is the Josey I used to own...which appears to be on a globe-trotting tour at the moment. :)
