WTB: Runde Hoppe

Looks good! But not quite what I'm looking for.

Looking for the same or similar to this:

Runde Hoppe Cue pictured with an Ed Prewitt Cue

I know you asked for an ivory joint, but here's a like new ebony/birdseye Runde Hoppe with killer veneers and a textured leather wrap along with an Ed Prewitt wrapless full splice. The Ed Prewitt is pictured only because these are the only photos I have of the Runde right now. The Ed Prewitt is also available, but it's more $$$. I can't tell the difference in the hit of the Runde Ivory joint versus a piloted SS joint myself and I recently traded a fancy Runde that had an Ivory joint. Let me know if you might be intetrested.

One nice thing about Bobs cues is that he somehow manages to make his SS cues feel like the ivory cues. I've played with a dozen or so Rundes, and they all hit great. His specs, I've noticed, change with cues. Mine is a little fatter in the butt than my buddy's.

I've owned Ivory jointed and SS jointed Runde cues and I can't tell the difference in the hit. I noticed one thing about the SS jointed Runde cues and that is the steel wall thickness of the SS joint is a little thinner than some of the other SS jointed cues that i've seen and maybe that contributes to the softer hit in his SS jointed cues. Bob makes a great cue in my opinion.
