I have used a couple of bludworths machines before and they work great. They are built like a tank. You should give him a call and see what he has. Chris.

Hi: I bought a GS machine about a year ago. Out of the box it was disappointing. However, I spent about another $200 (not counting the table saw) to get it to cut a reasonably smooth taper on butts (I use a CNC for shafts). Once I had the modifications down pat it works great and I use it just about every day. If you decide to purchase a GS machine, and if you want, PM me and I will send you photos of the modifications I made.
