WTB Taig Parts

[vacation]

I'm currently seeking out the following for a repair lathe. While I know I can get the parts from the manufacturers, I figured I'd try here first to throw some money at some fellow AZB'ers.

-Carriage and Cross Slide (Part A.- http://www.leevalley.com/US/Wood/page.aspx?p=50249&cat=1,330,50260&ap=1)

-MidAmerica "Large Bore Indexing Headstock" (As seen here- http://www.midamericapool.com/index_files/Page311.htm) Preferably with chuck and spindle.

-Taig Tail Stock (Part 1150)

Also, I do need a motor, and would be interested in any recommendations if anyone has anything for sale. I've read previously of recommendations for Custom Cue Lathes, which I would be interested in.
