I have a stunning Titlist conversion by an unknown maker, veneers are the brightest I've ever seen and that would be many. Took me 5 years to find a pair of Titlist one pieces and I've been sitting on them for over 7 years now deciding what to do with them. One finally went to Phillippi for conversion and the other one still waiting on a decision.
As to what you are looking for, it is my understanding Tascarella can turn around a Titlist blank into a completed cue in short order. You could contact him to confirm, and then when you can find and pull the trigger on a nice Titlist, send it to him to have it comverted. BTW - Prather makes the best full splice blanks I've seen, and just bought one to do something with.
