WTB UniLoc shaft with thick silver ring

Looking for a CHEAP UniLoc shaft with thick silver ring joint collar like this

Just want to use it as a break shaft so I don't want to spend very much. Would like it to be between 13-14 mm but for the right price could use a little smaller!

I have a Lucasi Hybrid break shaft. Barely used. 12.55mm though. Would take $90 shipped.
