WTB Winning One-Pocket 2nd Ed

Well I decided to finally try to get this book. I have watched them come and go, some for a very good price, over the years. Now that I'm looking I'm not seeing anything.

I'm looking for 2nd edition only. I am not going to go at all costs to get the book. If someone has one for sale and is on the fence about it and wants to give a feller a good deal please PM me. If you're looking to get a premium then pass me by. No harm and trying to get the most you can, but I'm not that desperate for the book.

I would like one in excellent condition as I will probably keep it. But if someone has a ratty 2nd edition that's plenty readable and is willing to sell it for a ratty condition price I'll entertain those offers too.

It's a shame that such a highly regarded book remains so scarce. I would imagine some day this book will be reprinted. I have seen the PDF of the book, but it's a pain in the butt for me to try to read on computer screen. I'd gladly pay the author for his work, but that's not an option. As such, I'll hopefully be able to pay one of my fellow AZ members a fair price.

I see these on amazon marketplace, but they're there because the price is extravagant and the people that buy from there generally don't have the patience of the knowledge to look in places like AZ.

I know it's borderline wasting time to look for this book, but it's only gonna take a few minutes of my time to throw this WTB out there.

Great googley moogley! I'm not a collector, I actually want to read the thing. Got a ratty copy with the cover falling off for cheap? I'm the guy that's interested.

I'll just continue lurking. I see the 2nd edition pop up on ebay for far, far below 800.00 often enough that I'l be very patient.

At 800.00 a pop (if you can sell it for 800.00) this thing is ripe for reprinting..

Within the last week another azer' had the 3 cushion book

and the WOP 2nd edition. I think he still has the WOP available, do a search and you should find it.

Good luck

I replied to him, but that post is actually from october 2012...more than a half a year ago. Never heard from him.

That's more like the price I have seen this sell for though. Sometimes a bit less or a bit more depending on demand. Never seen one actually sell for over 400.00 though. And I sure wouldn't pay that.

I have seen other forum threads where Eddie Robin wants backers to invest 20,000.00 each so he can self-publish the book again. That's seems so short-sighted and lacking in business sense. A little bit of profit off of something is better than complete control of nothing. What's the point of sitting on the rights if you're too poor to do anything with them? Let a company that knows what it's doing, that does this as it's sole means of generating profit, handle the publishing. I see no legitimate reason to hold on to the rights beyond narcissistic paranoia.

So...still looking. lol

Someone stepped up and gave me a great deal. Thanks guys! Lets hope its half the book people say it is. As big as one-pocket is, there's just not a lot of instruction out there on it. Especially considering how complicated it can be.

I'm glad you were able to find one! I've been looking for one with no success.

Have a copy signed by Boston Shorty and possibly a few others. Have to get it out of the safe and check...

$200 delivered, paypal OK w/ no added fee. Original author of this thread has first refusal

Just checked the book...it's Shots Moves... not the first book. I do have a pristine copy of the 2nd ed Winning OP signed on the cover by ER but it is well inscribed to me. Would take a hefty offer to get it off my coffee table. If you come up dry, lets talk. My copy will be expensive but nowhere near $800
