anyone know where i could find a meucci original road agent cue. would love to find one. let me know thanks

Every now and then you will see one on ebay... most of which would need a good refinish job to look great again. I can remember seeing a few on here as well. They aren't 'that' rare, but it is a pretty popular style...

I would definitely recommend an 'original' rather than a newly made one.

Coker

I will be getting a super nice Coker with two shafts this weekend. Took this one in on trade with cash for another cue I had and will pick it up this weekend. The body is made out of tulipwood, has a nice wrap, hits awesome. I will post pictures of it and the specs this weekend. Will be looking in the mid 4's. This thing is as clean as that case you bought from me, not issues. Let me know.

www.billiardwarehouse.com has 2 "new" of the original road agents. They are the day agents.

Be careful with those... there has been quite a few popping up lately. They aren't 'originals'... they are brand new just with the original logo on them. There was another post on here somewhere about these and there was a special run of them made by Meucci and for whatever reason (extremely stupid if you ask me) they put the original logo on them.

I've seen a few on ebay like this as well as one in a raffle here on AZ. Bottom line is they aren't a true 'original' Meucci. IMO its a slap in the face to a real original and that stick in particular as who knows how many they made like this.

Those are the "originals" that bob made within the past year or so. One of them comes with "black dot" shafts which are not standard on Meucci Originals.

The Original run of 18 of the "daytime road agents" came with 1 MO shaft. There was a second run of 30 of them that came with 2 red dot shafts. You can order black dot shafts with that ringwork but they never came with the cue.

The second run of them also came with JPs, a Case and a certificate of Authenticity signed by Bob.

This is the 3rd time I have seen these "redux" versions of the cue in the past week.

If you want a real one, I have 3 of them (my player, my case queen, and a factory second)

Original Road Agent

I have one that I sent to Mike Irwin for a complete refinish. Stick is straight together and apart. Mike said he made the cue when he worked for Bob Meucci. With the refi and what I paid for it I have 500 in it.
cal if interested. 757-897-8010 THANKS, BILLY HO

You can not go wrong with a Meucci refinish from Mike. He is the man!

Didn't Bob sell out a couple of years ago??? I've seen one on Ebay and it looked terrible! It's hard to believe that Bob is building cues again, much less duplicating a production run?
