I imagine this would already be gone if potential buyers were informed of the tread pitch.
Posting a picture would be great, but I think it would immensely help your sale if you at least took it to a pool hall or hardware store and had someone tell you what the thread pitch of the joint it is, if nothing else. Best of luck with sale!
