WTS/WTT 1987 custom schmelke

Took this stick in on trade, I don't know a whole lot about it.

The previous owner claimed it could be worth as much as 1200 US
but to be honest I have no idea if that's true or not. He traded it to me for a 250$ McD so I figured i'd at least see what I can get out of it. If nothing else any information on it would be helpful.

Well, it's got a cool looking shaft, but you might have got the shaft on the deal. I'd suggest going to the schmelke site to get a good idea of value, then reduce by 50% and that might put you in the ballpark. Finding someone to trade and/or sell to will be the hard part.
