WTT Everything for Cues & Cases - Have I have no shame!

No! I have none!

Awhile back I posted that I wanted to trade my server related IT gear for cues and cases etc. I had a relatively poor response. So I decided to go a step further and put up most everything that I have in my basement for trade. This includes laptops, routers, switches, kvm's, hard drives, and much more. I took pictures of each individual item and will post a description of the item above each photo. I am using an image hosting service so if you want better pictures click on the small thumbnail for a much better picture.

Please excuse the dust as it is all in storage in the basement and most everything you see does not get used. If I use it regularly I will say above the picture. I am interested in trading for cues or cases and you will need to be located in the U.S. I am open to any trades I however would be more interested in custom cues than production and cases anything that would be Swift or Justis like as long as it is a good quality item. Anyone who is interested I will give my direct phone number to so we can speak about it.

Further if you know someone in Iowa that you trust I will be more than happy to let them look at the item(s) in question before the deal is done. I am doing this because I would like to have some new billiards gear as I can not purchase it right now because I have been unemployed for around 5 months so that should settle why I am willing to part with all this equipment. I am also selling this locally so some things may be sold over the course of the next few days.

The thread that shows all the server related items:
http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=124709

Many of the pages I will give links to will also have current prices for the items so you can see the avg. cost of the items. I am willing to work with anyone on price and trade value. I have worked long and hard to make sure that you will have any pertinent information you need on the items. There is so much stuff here you will have to scroll through to see if you are interested in any of it. Should you not have anything to trade but are still interested contact me anyway perhaps we can work that out. Laptops are at the end....................

Here we go...

Cisco UBR900 Cable Modems: --- TRADE VALUE $75.00EA ---
These are highly configurable cisco Cable routers that take the place of your current cable modem. This is not for the plug & play audience this is for an IT person or if you have a Cisco capable person you know. You will need to check with your cable provider to make sure they use the DOCSIS 1.1 standard (prob have to talk to tech support) I can tell you that Comcast does and won't upgrade to 2.0 for 1-3 years. I have never used them as I now have a custom Linux system doing my cable routing for me. Cost is up in the air I paid $125 each for them 1 year ago.

DAS Keyboard: --- TRADE VALUE $55.00 ---
(discontinued - can not buy anymore) This is a metal gold plated key switch - blank key keyboard. I used it because I love metal key switch keyboard and I type extrememly fast and like the blank keys. These type of keyboards are frequently referred to as "hacker" keyboards. This will also help you increase your typing speed because you can no longer look to the keyboard for help. This is an awesome keyboard. This is the original model and definitely my favorite. But, more often than not this is a keyboard for geeks.

ECS Laptop Model: GREEN736: --- TRADE VALUE $225.00 ---
17" Standard LCD Screen laptop. I picked this up from a previous employer that threw it out because it did not work. As it turned out it had a loose screw that was shorting out on the board (not damaging anything) but just causing the laptop to shut down and generally not work. I removed the screw and it now works fine. I powered the laptop up and charged it to test the battery life. This units battery will last for 32min before the alarms go off and it shuts down. Also there is a kind of noise going on that I thought was a bad harddrive I removed the harddrive and the sound persisted, it turned out to be a fan. I do not have the fan nor do I wish to take the time to remove the fan and order a new one. It works fine as it is with the exception of the sound and it runs hot so I put it on a laptop stand that has air holes underneath it. If you are interested in a new battery for this laptop just type in GREEN736 into google and you will be overwhelmed with nothing but sites offering batteries. Prices seem to range from $60-130.

This unit has been used it has scratches all over the casing (LCD screen is in very good condition). The LCD retaining clips do not work but it lies flat anyway.

Couple items out the door. Talk to me goose, I need to clear some room for all the cues and cases that will be traded to me.

Couple items traded. Will make some awesome deals should anyone else want anything.......

The laptops will trade in the 100-300 range. Awesome way to get an extra machine in another room in the house or add a wireless card to one of the slim ones and if it gets stolen on the road your only out a little bit.

Tons of good stuff.....

Thanks
