Hope this doesn't come across as mean-spirited, but since you asked...

I'm no fan of Flash sites. I could go into a lot of detail about why, but there's already a lot of writings critical of Flash:

Though for celebrities Flash isn't always a bad choice. You could use some META tags, though.

It took me a while to figure out I had to pull the chain to make the site load.

I'd get rid of the background music, or at least have a mute button.

Other than that, it's a nice site.

I still think one of the nicest looking pool-related sites is Bryan Mordt's ( http://www.bcmcue.com/ ), though he gets some serious points subtracted because his menu doesn't work in Mozilla Firefox.
