When somebody offers to play a 5 ahead set, what exactly does that mean? From the sounds of it I'm guessing the two of you play until one is 5 games up on the other regardless of the total number of games played. Is that right? Am I wrong in thinking that an evenly matched pair could last days if they picked too high of a number? Of course, I guess stamina and endurance can be substantial parts of a pool game too. Anyway, thanks in advance for clarifying the terminology for me.
