Hey Man, what I mean by fitted is that there is no strap in the back. It fits to your head via hat size. That may be a pain in the ass to have a bunch of different sizes in stock which is why I suggested "Flex Fit" also which is the same style without a strap but flex with an elestic band inside of the hat. It will fit anyone really.
Here is more info on Flex Fit. It can also have a logo or something put on the back side of the hat where the strap would normally be. Ideal for someone like me who wears a hat backwards more the forwards.

They usually come in three sizes, S/M, M/L, L/XL. In this case, I am a L/XL
Regardless, the hat looks pretty cool as it is.
