yellowheart + snakewood (in-progress)

I always love to see the cues you share with us. However, being able to actually see this master cuemaker at work was a real treat.

Thanks for the video.

Nice video

General, I am impressed. I was sure there was no good way to taper a cue on a wood lathe. I was wrong. Great video.

Jim.

taken to school

General,.... thank you very much, my wife my son and I were amazed at the expertise and care given to that cue....the hand cut inlay design was in a word (awesome) ...please post again.....Just goes to show you it's not all in the cnc......Thanks again ...Ray:grin:

many thanks for your kind words. butt is straight when rolled. Bebot has been making cues for 22 years and our obvious limitations on equipment did not hinder him from producing world-class custom cues in our own humble way. we just have to do with what we have available.

many thanks sir. best of health to you and your family. i can post different videos everyday as it is really how it is done in the shop. haha. i will try to get some new clips when i visit the shop. it's a long 40km drive in the outskirts. i admit there were some skepticism when i first claimed publicly our cues were handmade. i totally understand their sentiments as they haven't seen it with their own eyes. i do not take it against them as most are used to seeing cues using sophisticated equipment. we have nothing against modern equipment, we would love to have such equipment as it can do so much things easier. you could clearly see the toil and effort in making cues by hand. who wouldn't want for the job to be much easier? it's just that we can not afford it. :frown:

but nevertheless, we are gad that our lack of equipment does not make us less of a custom cuemaker in producing quality cues.

Thanks to The General

Thanks so much Les for promoting Bebot's work and bringing to the attention of this audience the old world craftsmanship and care that goes in to your cues. I so much appreciate this work!

You are a great spokesman for Bebot and I hope to see more and someday I would really like to meet him and take a tour of his shop!
