I have to admit I fully expected things to go smoothly ordering from Joe Nielsen(JOERACKEM) but it is always nice when things go smoothly and as expected. UPS did test Nielsen's packing ability and the box looked a little rough. However Kathy's packaging was up to the challenge and the Instroke Southwest case was unharmed.
