I was listening to a sports talk radio station on the way in to work this morning and they were ranking the 10 greatest sports movies of all time and of course taking opinion calls on their list. I was pleasantly surprised to hear them rank ?The Hustler? on their list at number 8. I would have placed it higher myself but I thought well, just having it on the list was somewhat of a victory for pool, and of course there?s always the debate of whether or not it?s a sport. So that was good, now the bad: Some guy called in, and you could tell he was dead serious, and said you guys had The Hustler on there but an even better pool movie that I would put in its place was ?Pool Hall Junkies.? 
I couldn?t bleeping believe it and tried to call in to right the wrong but no phone lines were open. At first I thought he was going to say The Color of Money and I thought, alright you sound young and I could forgive that but Pool Hall Junkies over The Hustler? what the hell!?! Are there others that really believe that?
