Nope it's just that it is not exactly one-of-a-kind. More like onehundred-of-a-kind. Boy that cue sucked ass. Layered tip, yeah, if only they were layers of leather not concrete. I actually made 10$ on it .

A Sigel cue....I picked up 2 of them in 2000, 1 for me, 1 for my wife. Hers hits a ton....mine.....uhhhh...didn't.
