Z2 or 314 shaft on my McDermott M53G???

Is possible to get a Z2 or 314 shaft on my McDermott M53G???

How to do that? What type treads?
They are in wood treads in shaft and steel treads in other end.

Predator makes both the 'Z' and '314' shafts in the 3/8x10 configuration (with the black collar).
McD cues can vary slightly at the joint but the shaft should fit the thread correctly.

Then I will buy a new shaft to my old McD as well. Just play with my new Predator P3 cue w/Z2 shaft(will arrive perhaps this week). And perhaps take a desision about new shaft to McD or a 314 shaft to my new predator's.
