What is the HrUSA series? What's different from a regular McDermott?

I've never seen one in person, but the HrUSA cues have HrUSA printed on the butt.....mine does not. Other than that, I'm not sure if it differs from my cue at all. Notice that the retail for them is $299, and they are selling for $239ish on online sites. Mine is $150 SHIPPED.
