It was one routine to another, be it a pre-swing or pre-throw or pre-hit or pre-shot....they all have the same purpose of programming your brain and body for consistency. What's laughable is to believe that each of these individual routines are not comparable. <===no they are not Read any book on brain function regarding muscle memory and repitition.
